I&#8217;m a really petite woman at the age of twenty. But I have noticed that my thighs and butt are not toned at all, I love being naked but never realized how untoned these parts of my body were. My boyfriend has never complained, but being a woman, we do. Any good advice on &#8220;at-home&#8221; workouts for toning?</p>
<p><strong>Answer:</strong></p>
<p>You have no muscle tone?  You&#8217;re flabby?  You have cellulite?  Not a problem.</p>

<strong>Q:</strong> I&#8217;m doing a workout program called ChaLean Extreme that has quite a bit of weight training involved in order to build lean muscle (I&#8217;m a girl so I don&#8217;t want to bulk up). Should I buy something like whey protein powder to make my muscle-building better? Or is that just if you really want to bulk up?</p>
<p><strong>A:</strong>  As a girl, you don&#8217;t have the testosterone to bulk up, so don&#8217;t even worry about it.  Yes, you should get some whey protein.  Muscle NEEDS protein to live on.  If you don&#8217;t feed it protein, it begins to eat itself (catabolize) for protein and that is destructive metabolism.  As soon as you get out of bed, before you do anything else, have a protein shake, then as needed.  Read the label on recommendations.   </p>

<p><strong>Total Body Workout</strong></p>
