Spot reducing fat parts of their body is impossible
My Mom does the same thing…she buys all of these stupid excercise machines or gizmos that work certain body parts and they never work. I think anyone that knows anything about fitness knows that your body picks where the fat will come off, and you have to combine resistance training with cardio and a good diet. Guys, your six pack won’t show up until your body fat gets down to 12 percent or lower.
So, why do people keep asking the same stupid questions?
