Can I Lose Weight In My Upper Arms with Arm Exercises?
I need help figuring out what I can do to lose weight in my upper arms without gaining too much muscle in return. They need to be thinned and toned more than anything. My lower arms are fine, it’s just the upper. I was told exercising with 1lb weights (which I already have) would help I just don’t know how to go about using them in the correct way. I do not own a gym membership and I am too poor to afford one, so these are all at home exercises that I need.
