Need A Good At Home Workout

 

A Visitor Asks This Question:

Just an ordinary 16 year old who just got benched on the high school varsity football (soccer) and then finally dropped. Just looking for a good at home workout knowing that I won’t get any physical fitness etc. Trying to make a reasonable/ hardcore workout to hopefully get me in better shape for next year.
(the goal – to achieve a 6 pack + better endurance)

since I’ve got school, got to leave home by 7:15 am – return home by 4:00 pm

Height – 5 feet 9 inches
Weight – 137 lbs
Age – 16
Stomach – flat, but no x packs

What will this workout do for me? in terms of fitness? 6 pack? overall strength/ endurance

THIS SAME WORKOUT WILL BE FOLLOWED EVERY WEEK DAY

Morning before school – 100 bicycle crunches/ variation
Afternoon after school – pre-stretching + 15 min joke/ sprint (the field) + push ups/ swimming – 45 min
Night – 100 sit ups/ variation

First Month
Second Month

Anything I should add to my workout? critiques ? please
also looking for some kind of diet?
reasonable for a 16 year old?
