What are some exercises for the inner thigh?
I’ve been doing this full body exercise program, and it’s been working great for me, but when it gets to exercising the inner thighs, I don’t feel a thing. I’ve tried doing more reps and adding stronger resistance to the exercises, but still nothing. I’ve asked a few people to critique my form and they say I’m doing it right, and I still feel nothing. Does anyone out there have any exercises that have really worked for slimming your inner thighs?
Cardio exercise is good, but resistance training and weight training is better, because I’m trying to get an athletic build.
