<strong>Q:</strong> No matter WHAT I do, I can never seem to work off the fat on the back of my thighs, or my butt. What are the bext exercises for this? I recently got an at-home weight set where you can adjust the bench and lay flat on your stomach and curl the weights up behind you with your legs, is that a good one?</p>
<p><strong>A:</strong>  You can&#8217;t do isolation exercises for fat loss.  Isolation exercises will definitely work those specific muscles, but you can&#8217;t target fat loss.  The body loses fat all over, not just in one place.  Oh, and another misconception is turning fat into muscle.  I have to laugh every time I see that one because they are two different cell types.</p>

<p>I can&#8217;t afford a gym membership at the current moment. Can anyone tell me some good at-home exercises I can do to help lose weight on my arms, tummy, and legs? I have a yoga tape, but it&#8217;s hard for me to watch TV and have my head at my knee at the same time, lol. I would REALLY appreciate any help, thanks!</p>

<p>Try to find out an exercise that is just right for the type of muscle that you want to work at. Not every exercise can be applied to all the parts of the body. It is significant to know what will and what will not work when you have decided to build muscles. Lunges with shoulder press can help you increase the muscle mass around the upper part of your body and your legs. Take some light bells and lift them over your head preferably without bending your back while you are doing it. The leg should remain parallel to the ground to give the maximum effect.</p>
<p>Swimming is a nice way to build muscle as well. If you know swimming then nothing better than that to help you build some good muscle. It is particularly one of the best techniques of muscles building because it gives great shape especially to arm, legs, back and the stomach muscle. When you are in water your body is considerably lesser susceptible to suffer from injuries sue to which you can try some real tough exercises while you are swimming. Always understand the major difference between the muscle building and the muscle melting exercises and chose with a lot of care keeping your objective in mind.</p>
