How To Lose Weight Without A Gym Or Trainer
I’m an overweight 17/18 year old girl. i would like to lose about 75-100 pounds. I’ve been on diet on and off since September and I’m very unhappy w the way things are going. I was going to gym and trainer for the last 3 months, but just don’t have the money for it. Please tell me: What do i need if I’m going to do it on my own?…weights and anything like that, feel free to give as much help as possible thanks!!!
