Scrawny Body? Build Muscle and Strength

Hello, I am 6’2 but only 150 pounds, and sadly that weight is much more from fat than muscle. How can I start to strengthen my body and build muscle when I have next to none now?
I am currently looking to start a workout routine to build my body up, unfortunately almost every workout I’ve found is simply too much of a strain on my body. I have next to no endurance or physical strength and I wish to change this.
I am perfectly healthy, just terribly weak from not moving around too much.
I’m looking for specific ways to get my body used to exercise again.
