What are some good leg exercises without weights?
Question: I’m looking for some leg exercises without weight. I don’t have access to a gym or machines. I am in good shape and would like to build a lot of muscle in my legs (mainly thighs). I run a lot, I play hockey and do martial arts. But i just need to build up the muscles in my legs.
