What Are Correct Exercises to Build up Arm Muscles?

Q: I have no gym equipment and don’t have enough time to go to the gym so will i still be able to build up my triceps and bicep muscles by just doing like push ups? Also how many should i try to do a day? and how much should i build up to doing eventually?  One last thing how long should it be before i start to see a difference as in how big my arms look?
