P90X: Getting Good Results For Your Arms With Resistance Bands

 

I have a question

I saw that on the routines that require, they show that you can use resistance bands instead of a pull up bar. So does that mean I don’t need a pull up bar if I have these resistance bands?  If I use resistance bands instead of a pull up bar for the P90X, will I still get good results on my arms?
