How Can I Do Chest Exercises Without a Bench?
Q: I’m looking to learn some different chest exercises i can do at home but I don’t have access to a bench or anything similar. I do have some dumbbells though. Really the only exercise i know are push ups so anything else that can be done with stuff around the house is helpful.
