Is jogging or briskly walking a mile better to loose fat?

im not trying to build muscle”" im jst trying to loose my thigh and tum fat

Answer:

To LOSE fat, not loose, doing cardio like walking or running is mostly determined by the length of time that you do it. They more calories you want to burn, the longer you have to do it. That’s why cardio is not a very efficient way to lose fat.

Also, you cannot target fat loss on your thighs and belly. They body decides where the fat will be lost. You can target muscles to strengthen and build them, but not fat.
