Improve Your Golf Swing With resistance bands Workouts For Golfers

Here’s a great upper body workout for golfers using resistance bands.  Golfers need strength and speed, so keep the number of reps high like around 15 to 18.  You’ll want to keep the resistance challenging enough so completion of the last rep will be difficult.  As your body adapts, increase the resistance by a few pounds.  Do three sets per exercise, three times per week.

Triceps – Cross Body Triceps Extension
Obliques – Standing Ab Twist
Biceps – Standing Biceps Curl
Pecs – Standing 1-Arm Chest Fly
Lats & Lower Back – Squatted Back Row
Pecs – 2-Arm Chest Press on Stability Ball or Chair
