I’m 13 and I’m a pear shape, what can I do?

Yeah, I know I shouldn’t worry about it right now but I feel like it’s so unfair that i’m a pear shape with a big butt and fat thighs.  Is there any way to do this? I know all about the “illusion” with clothes but I can’t be bothered.  What is a good “at-home” workout I can do?

The less muscle you have, the slower your metabolism. You can do resistance training exercises to build some muscle.  Muscle has a high metabolic rate.  The more you have, the faster your fat loss will be.  You’re only 110 lbs so you’ll have your big butt in shape in just a few weeks.  However, if your actual bone structure is broad in the butt, you can’t change that.
