Tighten Your Thighs and Butt With Resistance Training
Question:
Not sure if I should be doing like resistance training or like, cardio like biking to really tighten up and slim down my legs by this summer. How do I really tighten up my thighs and butt? Any suggestions?

do low weight squats, and high reps..also running will help as well to work on ur cardio
I would suggest doing lunges holding dumbells and sqauts less weight and high reps like 2 or 3 sets of 12 will tone your muscles. The stair master is also great its tough but it works well.
