Are there any at home workout ideas besides running, sit-ups and push ups that I can do? I’ve been dieting for a month now and I’ve only lost 14 pounds. I’m tired of endless sit ups and push ups. I love to run and I only have 3 weeks left till vacation. Any good ideas?
