    Here are just a few of the resistance band exercises.

    For the glutes:
    Hip extension
    Seated leg abductor
    Standing leg abductor

    For the pecs:
    Resisted pushup
    Chest press, both one and two arm, both seated and standing
    One arm forward punch
    Chest fly both one and two arm, both seated and standing
