Tone Up Without Magazine Articles or Weight Machines
A Visitor Asks This Question:
Is a workout with weight machines as good as a workout with free weights/stability ball/bands?
I want to tone up, but I can’t stand those magazine article descriptions of exercises to do without the use of actual exercise machines. If the descriptions are confusing, the exercises are awkward, or I can’t remember them, I won’t do them. Can’t I just use weight machines?

I know what you mean about the magazine articles. I’ll assume you have a computer with an internet connection. Click here and you can get free workouts online. There are live daily shows, but if you can’t make a live show, they’re all recorded. There’s a great toning workout show there. Create an account and you can access all of them for free.
And you don’t need machines to workout. Click here to get yourself a set of Bodylastics resistance bands. Watch those workout shows first, so you can see how effective working out with fitness tubes is.
Yup their both good but free weights helps you to be more stable and more other stuff but weight machines are more injury free. Both are good though so I think it doesn’t matter what you use.
