		<description>I&#039;d suggest a combination of yoga and free weights . If you use the free weight to do exercises like lunging etc with a low weight but a lot of reps, you will see muscle toning without adding bulk. Resistance exercise will actually help you lose weight too!</description>

If your treadmill has hills.. put it on the steepest hill and walk at around 5 - 6km/h and walk for 40 minutes... then cool off on flat for 10 minutes... every day. In 6 months time, you will be well on the way to getting the sweatest toosh this side of Canada ~ that is only if you combine that exercise with a reasonable diet ~ try fresh fruit and vegetables and fresh home cooked meat.</description>
