Q: What are some really good arm exercises for triceps, biceps, and shoulders that DONT involve using weights?
A: There’s always bodyweight exercises like push-ups and pull-ups, but a more effective method of exercises are ones in which you can control the amount of resistance. That way your muscles will always be challenged. I highly recommend getting some of these: Bodylastics resistance bands. Exercise bands. Push ups, if they are too hard, try doing them against a wall.
There’s nothing like Push-Ups and Pull-Ups
Try variating the distance between each hand touching the floor or the bar.Push ups are perfect for triceps and shoulders and pull ups work out everything but mostly biceps and shoulders.
