What are good and easy ways to workout at home?
A Visitor Asks This Question:
I’m 15 and never really workout. I really want to get in the habit of working out everyday, but I don’t know what to do. I suppose I could go running. I don’t have a gym membership, but I do have my moms ab lounge at home, maybe I could try that out? I’ve also wanted to try Pilate’s, how could I do that at home? Thanks in advance!

Be careful. Easy doesn’t translate into effective. Keep that ab lounge thing in the closet and get yourself some real equipment that will give you a total body workout. Not to worry, you don’t have to spend a lot. I’m talking about resistance bands. You can get a complete set for under $50 or get a family pack like the one shown below so everyone can workout. Your mom will love them because they don’t take up room…like that ab lounge.
Then click here for free resistance bands workouts. You’ll find strengthening, toning, muscle building, cardio, pilates and even a workout show especially for teens called TX2. Just sign up for a free account and you can watch all the workouts you want any time of day.
