What are some exercises for the inner thigh?
I’ve been doing this full body exercise program, and it’s been working great for me, but when it gets to exercising the inner thighs, I don’t feel a thing. I’ve tried doing more reps and adding stronger resistance to the exercises, but still nothing. I’ve asked a few people to critique my form and they say I’m doing it right, and I still feel nothing. Does anyone out there have any exercises that have really worked for slimming your inner thighs?
Cardio exercise is good, but resistance training and weight training is better, because I’m trying to get an athletic build.

You said “Does anyone out there have any exercises that have really worked for slimming your inner thighs?” You can’t spot slim areas of the body because fat loss doesn’t work like that, but you can strengthen the inner thigh muscles.
Bodylastics has a great free daily exercise show for women using resistance bands called Bodylastics Toning. Heather’s a wonderful instructor.
You can also checkout The Ultimate Leg, Butt, Hip and Thigh Makeover by Joey Atlas. You say you’re adding more resistance and you still don’t feel it. Joey says you don’t need to take a sledgehammer to it to make it work when a gentle hand with the right exercises will get the job done.
Have you tried both the Adductor and Abductor machines at the gym-they will help with your inner and outer thighs.
You can also do lateral steps.
