What is a good way to build muscle all over without using weights?

    Luckily you don’t need weights to build muscle. You can do bodyweight exercises, but muscle building will be more effective if you use progressive resistance. Bodyweight exercises will work for a few weeks, but eventually your muscles will adapt. You need to keep them challenged. I suggest getting some Bodylastics resistance bands. They are adjustable and you can combine the bands to every increasing resistance levels.     for chest, you can do push ups: wide arm and regular, bicep, you can curl i book(cant think of much for that). Legs, you can do one legged squats.
