What is the best way to train as an acrobat without access to a gym?

I enjoy acrobatics, and have a little experience with tumbling. I currently am taking classes in circus arts and want to improve my strength and flexibility to do harder tricks. What is the best way to increase strength and flexibility and learn new acrobatics without access to a gym?

I don’t know about finding new acrobat moves, but if you do, don’t you pretty much have to perform them in a large area and on special mats so you don’t get hurt?
As for strength training, I suggest Pilates to strengthen your core. Click here to get free pilates workouts.
I also suggest you get a set of Bodylastics resistance bands to use with all the free workouts available on that site. You’ll really like them because they’re adjustable (you can combine the bands) and you can take them with you where ever you go.
