What is the fastest way to get thin and fit arms and legs?

Ok people I really wanna look good when school starts. Now don’t just tell me to “exercise”. I need to know what exercises to do, how long to do them, what days. Also what foods I should eat, sorta like a plan, like if any of you could tell me tips and tricks.

Get off the couch and stay out of the kitchen. Go here to get arm exercises and leg exercises that you can do right at home with simple resistance bands. They’ll show you exactly how to do the exercises, how many to do and how often. It’s like having a personal trainer come to your house. Best thing is, there are no DVDs to buy and the workouts never get old because they keep recording new shows. All free. Crazy, but it’s true.
