Workout At Home Or Gym To Lose 10 Pounds?

Which is better? I’m a full time college student, which means studying & working takes up most of my day. I’ve been working out at home, but I’m afraid that my unpredictable schedule will throw my routine off & I’ll only be motivated for a short time.
For someone trying to lose only 10lbs, would you recommend they join a gym or workout from home?

Definitely workout at home. Get yourself a a set of Bodylastics resistance bands. You can get a complete body workout with them. Then go here from some free resistance bands workouts. There are new workout shows posted each day so your routine will not be boring.
The bands are compact so you can toss them in a gym bag, draw, basket, or hand them from one of those over-the-door coat racks that hang on the backside of a door.
